We’re putting the finishing touches on a Certification Program for users of TheFormTool PRO and Doxserá that will allow us to recognize their skills and offer other customers a level of comfort. The process will be rigorous; not all who attempt it will succeed. Those earning Certification will be allowed to publish their CVs and areas of interest in a special section of our website. When we receive inquiries about consulting and document creation opportunities, it will be to these people that we offer referrals.
We take real pride in our software’s ease of use. Thousands of users, firms and companies around the world representing hundreds of industries have created hundreds of thousands of forms and millions of documents with no more help than a few minutes spent with our instructional manuals, articles, videos, and visits to our weekly live sessions of The Learning Curve.
As customers have stretched their expectations in terms of the complexities they’re tacking, the size of the documentation they’re creating, or the size of the library conversions they’re pursuing, more have asked for professional assistance.
At the same time, a number of our most interesting and sophisticated users have asked if there could be a way to recognize their experience and expertise, much of which is simply awesome. We’ve seen forms with more than 5,000 variables, many of them complex financial formulae; hundreds of simultaneous transactions, each calling for 60 documents with dozens of variables per document; catalogs, brochures, contracts, and insurance policies that need to be personalized by country, language, or customer. The breadth and depth represented are impressive.
It’s to bring these two interests together on common ground that we’re introducing this new program.
We will offer special invitations to the first “class” of prospective recipients. When that experience is behind us we’ll open admission to others, so if you’re interested stay tuned to the Word Warrior® for news in coming weeks.
