We’re constantly adding information, directions and examples to the Service Center in response to customer’s questions and suggestions. We often harvest several videos from our live presentations on the Learning Curve each Wednesday morning and post them under the two dozen subject-specific categories on the Service Center.
All the subjects and contents are keyword searchable and we’ve started adding searchable tags as well. Tags can help for those times when the name of the function and description don’t come right to mind. For instance, searching for “birthday” will quickly lead to articles on automatically computing age and rounding.
The Service Center has more than 200 articles and videos available to help our customers and we add more every week.
The easiest way to see what’s new is on the main page, select the Recent button and you’ll be presented with a list of 30 of the most recent postings. It’s well worth a scan every week or so.
