The Fastest Training
Our program downloads include several training aids suited for every learning style, and the Knowledge Base has hundreds more.
A fair number of our customers read the one-page instructional Cheat Sheet for their program and are off to the races. Others rely on the 20-page summary or even go the distance by reading the entire User Manual. Each approach has its benefits, but for customers who ask, “How should I learn to be pretty good with the program, quickly?” our answer is to spend time with the three different courses in The Learning Curve in the Knowledge Base. The combine articles, videos, and interactive approaches and range from a few minutes to expert-level.
The Lesson Plan is a collection of short videos (averaging 12 minutes) that match up with lessons from the User Manual. At the end of the course, which can be spread out over weeks or months, the user will be very competent and in the top 20% of all users.
Our online Knowledge Base has more than 600 articles and videos, answers for questions from simple to complex, as well as directions for every feature and function our software offers. Information is arranged five different ways, and is easily searchable. (Try a search for “gibberish” for instance!) Don’t necessarily limit yourself to the “quick answer,” clicking on Search will often expand the list.
