We continue to be awed by the inspiring stories from users of our software about the time, effort, and errors saved, the stress reduced, and, once or twice, the businesses rescued by their mastery of TheFormTool or Doxserá.
Yesterday’s comment from a global wealth management firm that using Doxserá coupled with 100% best practices had reduced four hours of tedium to 10 seconds of work, made us wonder what is possible if you really push it? From that and a request from a customer for ideas on how to build the world’s best pleading came the inspiration to create the Perfect Pleading. It’s based on our expectation that a truly intelligent document should accommodate all the different possibilities, require minimum input from the user, and be nearly bullet proof against unforced errors.
And, while it may be unrealistic to shrink the work effort from four hours to 10 seconds, we do pretty routinely expect a savings of 80% to 90%.
