TheFormTool, LLC Partners with the Western New York Law Center to Aid Those Seeking Help with Small Business Issues and Consumer Issues

Buffalo, New York, May 2, 2022— The Western New York Law Center has been running free consumer clinics in Buffalo since 2012, and free clinics to help low-income residents with business law issues since 2016. TheFormTool, LLC, developers of software to automate documents in Word, has joined with the Western New York Law Center to provide aid to clients navigating the complex business law matrix in New York State and to help consumers with debt problems. The software allows Law Center staff, volunteers, and law students to screen and determine prospective clients’ eligibility for clinic services and provide them with a tool to aid them through the entirety of the small business and debt process.

The Small Business and Debt clinics serve a critical function in the Buffalo Community. Both clinics serve hundreds of clients each year.
