From time to time we’re asked what skill set or experience is best when looking for team members with the talent needed to do a superb job of creating intelligent forms. After reviewing the work of thousands of forms creators we come down solidly in favor of one group.
We believe that those who are firstly masters of Word and secondarily knowledgeable about the subject area will do best. A perfectionist will do better than a speeder. An ability to read, hear, or view instructions and follow them is good.
We’ve seen a number of firms delegate the task of forms development to the IT department but haven’t been impressed with that approach.
