A customer asks whether there is an easy way to copy data from Excel to TheFormTool PRO’s Questionnaire. Of course we suggested Doxserá DB as the complete solution, but we recognize that Dox DB may be too much for only occasional use.
Here’s a manual approach for a once-in-a-while need. Set up the Questionnaire so the number and order of the Answers exactly match the order and number of Excel cells. In the Questionnaire set TEXT format for all the Answers. On the Excel worksheet select the cells to copy and use command-C to copy their contents.
On PRO’s Questionnaire, select ALL the Answers to fill. Use command-V to paste.
Done.
