When we started the market research that eventually led to TheFormTool, we noticed the same failing that so disturbs Mr. Coker. The largest firm, at least at the time, was the major transgressor.

One of my pet peeves in this marketplace is not publishing their pricing on a software company’s billing or a Practice Management Systems website. In my humble opinion, anyone that does not publish their pricing is no better than a used car salesman … with apologies to used car salesmen. The whole idea is to get a salesman to talk to you and to sell, sell, sell. If a seller of software does NOT publish their prices, they do not deserve your hard earned money. Period.
