Because so many people now use Google to sign into other apps (not a good idea, but here we are), it’s critical to know if any of those apps have suffered a security breach that might have exposed your personal information or password or even a doorway into your Google account to hackers.
To do this, go to your Google account and click on Security in the left column. Near the bottom of the page is the section Signing into other sites. Click on Password Manager. On the new page, click on Password Checkup. Click through the two security pages. The resulting page will show you sites where Google knows you’ve been compromised or believes you’re at risk.
The security checkup is well worth the two minutes it takes.
