Two New Libraries in Our Knowledge Base
With the increasing number of Doxserá® DB users, it became apparent that our DB-specific training videos were scattered across our resource library. While DB only adds one additional function over Doxserá®—its ability to access external data—we have more than 20 videos demonstrating its various features, from how to connect to Excel and SQL to specific use cases like generating thousands of letters or analyzing the content of SQL databases.
We’ve now collected all those resources into the new Doxserá® DB Library, neatly organized by category: What does it do, How does it work, and Deep dives into specific features. We invite you to explore it—it’s a powerful resource!
We’ve also launched the Introductions to Our Software library, a collection of six videos that range from 7 minutes to nearly an hour. Each video takes viewers through major features of each of our programs, making it ideal for new users or those considering upgrading. Like the rest of the Knowledge Base, this section is easily searched by keywords.
