We’ve just welcomed the 1.25 millionth visitor to our main website and store this week, which called for upgrading the site’s operating system and various construction languages. The increase in speed, and time savings for visitors, is noticeable on first-page loads on both the main site and the store. The only reported glitch was a broken request form for the free version. It was quickly fixed. Thanks to Rackspace, Technosoft, WordPress, Sucuri, and Cloudflare for their support!
We’ve welcomed 400,000 visitors to our Knowledge Base. Its million-dollar library of more than 600 subject-specific articles and videos describe every step using every feature and function of our software.
Over time, we’ve published more than 100 formal updates to our five programs, adding features and dramatically increasing speeds.
Finally, what’s our most popular video on YouTube? A surprise, it’s “Converting WordPerfect to Word”, with 11,400 views. The top three are rounded out with “Accessing SQL easily with just a Word document” and “How to Create a Simple Billing Statement in Word.”
Our upcoming project is an interactive technical services page. It will offer faster diagnostic tools and a more user-friendly contact path for our free customer service.
